Dr. Panagakos, who joined WVA’s School of Dentistry in August 2018, will continue to serve in his current role as vice dean of administration and research as well as his new role.
His research focuses on oral health’s effect on chronic diseases, and he is the co-editor of three books on oral lesions, gingival disease and tactics to treat oral conditions.
