Timothy Aldrich, DDS, is accused of delivering and manufacturing drugs, possessing drugs and obtaining illegal substances through fraud or deceit. Two employees, along with two other people, are accused of illegally prescribing prescription drugs using Dr. Aldrich’s dental license.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and Oklahoma Board of Dentistry worked together on the investigation, according to John Scott, head of Oklahoma’s DEA.
Between 2011 and 2018, there were more than 300 drug prescriptions filled under Dr. Aldrich and more than 25,000 pills for oxycodone, tramadol and hydrocodone, according to an affidavit cited by KOTV.
The dentist bonded out of jail.
