After Dr. White was charged Jan. 13 with receipt and distribution of child pornography, the FBI and Lubbock (Texas) Police Department conducted a raid of Lubbock-based Jason White Dentistry. Since then, both the CFO and partner at the practice have resigned.

The dentist is accused of having inappropriate relationships with multiple minors and attempting to use them to create and distribute child pornography, reports the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Texas. Eight potential victims have accused the dentist of inappropriate conduct.

A bond for the state charges was set at $150,000. Dr. White’s attorney posted the bond, but the dentist wasn’t released because he was on a federal hold at the county jail. A judge has yet to decide whether the dentist will be released or not.

A civil lawsuit was filed Jan. 21 suing Dr. White for at least $10 million for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.
