2 dentists pay $5.8M for Massachusetts shopping plaza buildings

Two dentists have purchased four buildings at the Leominster (Mass.) Commerce Center for $5.8 million, according to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, which brokered the deal.

The sale closed May 19. The buildings total 111,588 square feet, reports the Worcester Business Journal.

The buildings were sold to Leominster Warehouses Investment, which is managed by Edmond Massabni, DDS, and Houssam Alkhoury, DMD.
