Guardian Dentistry Partners appoints 2 new leaders

Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners has appointed two industry leaders as general counsel and chief people officer, according to a June 3 news release obtained by Becker’s.

Chris Carlisle has been named general counsel and is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance, and contracts and insurance. Mr. Carlisle comes from the law firm Dykema, where he served as senior counsel in the Corporate Finance practice group. He practiced for four years with Dykema’s Dental Services Organizations industry group.

Andrea Garson has been appointed as chief people officer and oversees all human resources functions, including culture, engagement, leadership development, and attracting and retaining key talent. A native of Canada, Ms. Garson brings experience from her tenure as vice president of human resources at Workopolis, Canada’s largest online job board at the time.
