NADG added the new position to enhance the patient experience. Ms. Penn will be tasked with overseeing the group’s patient engagement and marketing and communication efforts.
Ms. Penn was most recently the executive vice president of MedExpress, where she oversaw the company’s marketing, communications, strategy and innovations. She received a bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in New York City.
North American Dental Group is based in Pittsburgh and has a network of more than 250 dental practices across 15 states.
