Results from the survey show that confidence in the COVID-19 vaccine is higher among dentists than the overall adult population. A May survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation showed 62 percent of adults in the U.S. were at least partially vaccinated.
The online survey was conducted from May 26 to June 8 with about 700 practicing dentists participating. Of those participants, 81 percent said they would get the booster shot when recommended.
