The SmartView feature allows employers to hide candidates’ name and photo while they evaluate their professional backgrounds. After doing so, employers can rate the profiles, which will reveal candidates’ full profile information.
The new feature comes after jobs boards industry surveys have revealed a lack of diversity in staffing, further exacerbated by the pandemic.
