Dental365 lands 2-practice acquisition

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 recently acquired two Rhode Island dental practices, marking the 95th and 96th practices under its parent organization, Premiere Dental Care Management.

The two practices, Warren (R.I.) Dental Associates and Kevin Hagerty, DMD, in East Greenwich, have been added to the DSO’s Beacon Dental Health brand, Dental365 said May 16. 

Dental365 also operates practices in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
