The goal of the initiative is to attract more dentists to Northeastern New England, according to a Dec. 12 news release from the company.
The program will be administered by the recruitment center at the Bi-State Primary Care Association, a nonprofit organization. It will be governed by a steering committee with representatives from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Qualifying dentists can get up to $150,000 reimbursed over a three-year period. Dentists, dental students, and residents in training without a concurrent service obligation for loan repayment or debt forgiveness can apply.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
