Ms. Szach, a registered dental hygienist, will oversee training and development of 400 dental hygienists at Benevis-affiliated dental practices, according to a Feb. 14 news release.
Working alongside the executive leadership team, Ms. Szach will also provide clinical and hygiene service guidance and recommendations with a focus on underserved populations.
Ms. Szach brings 10 years of clinical experience from her previous position at Dorsett Dentistry in Tucson, Ariz.
The DSO has more than 100 branded affiliate offices that rack more than 1.2 million patient visits each year.
