5. US Endo Partners added Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Microsurgical Endodontics, led by Jack Sturm, DMD.
6. Western Dental opened new office locations in San Pedro and Oroville, Calif.
7. Tempe, Ariz.-based Gen4 Dental Partners added Comfort Dental of Clinton, Utah. It also added four dentist partners in Utah.
8. Smile Brands opened a Bright Now! dental practice in Laveen, Ariz.
