Oral and maxillofacial surgery: +4.2 percent
Oral medicine: +7.7 percent
Orofacial pain: -7.7 percent
Orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics: +7.1 percent
Pediatric dentistry: +3.2 percent
Periodontics: +1.1 percent
