Hagens Berman is investigating Managed Care for negligence and violations of consumer protection laws, according to a June 1 news release.

Managed Care of North American Dental is offering credit monitoring services for one year, but attorneys at the firm say it might only provide limited protection.

Becker’s has reached out to Managed Care for comment and will update the story if more information becomes available.
