The truck swerved off the road and hit the dental practice, causing the truck to burst into flames.
The Cherry Hill Fire Department arrived at the scene within five minutes.
The office manager and assistant office manager both were able to escape the practice with minor injuries.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital, suffering critical injuries and serious burns, the report said.
