SmileDirectClub CFO to step down in 2022

Kyle Wailes will step down as SmileDirectClub’s CFO in March 2022, the teledentistry company said Dec. 7.

The company said Mr. Wailes is leaving to pursue a CEO opportunity at another healthcare company. He will retain a significant amount of equity in SmileDirectClub after his departure.

Mr. Wailes has served as the company’s CFO since May 2018, according to his LinkedIn page.
