The partnership will bring SoftSmile’s Vision treatment planning software to every provider using Candid’s orthodontics platform, according to a March 13 news release.
The Vision software could reduce treatment planning time by up to 95 percent. The CandidPro platform will add most of Vision’s clinical features, including automated attachments placement, 3D controls and CBCT integration.
The two companies will also work together on research and development initiatives.
