The partnership aims to help patients with urgent needs outside of normal business hours, according to a Sept. 24 news release.
Through the collaboration, patients will be able to consult with a licensed Delta Dental dentist for treatment recommendations and possible non-narcotic prescription medication.
Delta Dental of California serves more than 31 million members.
