Pediatric dentist: 75.2 percent
Orthodontist: 62 percent
Prosthodontist: 42.3 percent
Dental surgical specialist: 38.5 percent
General practice: 33.1 percent
Periodontist: 32.3 percent
Endodontist: 23.3 percent
