Planet DDS implements AI imaging software at more than 200 dental practices

Dental software company Planet DDS has integrated artificial intelligence into its cloud-based imaging software at more than 200 dental offices.

The AI software analyzes X-rays chairside, showing cavities and bone loss and allowing dentists to make more accurate diagnoses, according to a May 17 news release.

Planet DDS is able to implement AI into its software for dental practices through its partnership with Overjet.
