Align Technology and Dentsply Sirona were recently included on Forbes’ “America’s Dream Employers” list for 2026.
The list was published Nov. 18 and includes 500 companies across a range of industries. Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to create the list, which stemmed from a survey of 10,000 U.S. college students and 140,000 U.S.-based employees at companies that employ at least 1,000 people.
