Multiple companies in the dental sector were included on Forbes' list of the best midsize employers in the U.S.
The rankings, published Feb. 13, were compiled in collaboration with Statista, a market research firm and based on a survey of more than 170,000 workers based in the U.S.
Companies and organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees were considered in the midsize category.
Current employees, individuals who worked for the company in the past two years and people familiar with the company through friends, family or peers in their industry rated their employer and if they would recommend their employer to others.
Here are the three dental companies that were included on the list of the 400 best midsize employers in the U.S.:
Align Technology (Tempe, Ariz.): No. 102
Colgate-Palmolive (New York City): No. 124
Delta Dental of California and Affiliates (San Francisco): No. 203
