To create the list, released March 19, WalletHub analyzed data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics showing the rate at which people quit their jobs in each state and Washington, D.C. 

Here are 10 states with the highest job resignation rates:

4. Montana

5. Wyoming

6. West Virginia

7. Kentucky
