24/7 Wall St. released a list of the best states to be a dentist. To determine its list, the organization evaluated state’s dentists per capita, salary, dental schools and quality of life. Data came from the United Health Foundation’s America’s Health Rankings, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Occupational Employment Statistics and The Student Doctor Network’s Dental School Rankings list.
Below is a list of the five best states to be a dentist:
1. Massachusetts
2. Connecticut
3. California
4. New Jersey
5. New York
Five worst states:
1. Mississippi
2. West Virginia
3. Louisiana
4. Arkansas
5. New Mexico
