About 42% of dental practice managers were satisfied or very satisfied with their total compensation package in 2024, according to Dentalpost’s 2025 Dental Salary Survey Report.
Dentalpost surveyed 271 dental practice managers to create this year’s report. The survey was conducted from October to November 2024.
Here is how satisfied dental office managers were with their total compensation last year, including primary wages and salary, bonuses, commissions and benefits:
Very satisfied: 18.2%
Satisfied: 24.4%
Neutral: 31.3%
Dissatisfied: 18.5%
Very unsatisfied: 7.6%
