The response options included very confident, somewhat confident, neither confident nor skeptical, somewhat skeptical, and very skeptical.

Pediatric dentistry — 67.9 percent (109 respondents)
Periodontics — 71.4 percent (42 respondents)
Prosthodontics — 60 percent (20 respondents)
Dentists in public health settings — 67.3 percent (107 respondents)
