Four of the most expensive dental schools in the U.S. were included on the QS World University Rankings.

Data for the most expensive dental schools for first-year students is from the American Dental Association

The rankings were compiled based on five categories: academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations per paper, H-index and international research network. Read more on the methodology here.

Here are the schools that were included on both lists:

  • The Ohio State University (Columbus): Cost: $90,204; QS ranking: 39
  • New York University (New York City): Cost: $88,700; QS ranking: 23
  • Columbia University (New York City): Cost: $87,172; QS ranking: 45
  • Tufts University (Medford, Mass.): Cost: $84,840; QS ranking: 39
