West Virginia is the most expensive state for dental insurance, according to a new ranking from LV Dental Braces.

LV Dental Braces is a four-location practice in Las Vegas. To create the ranking, the practice gathered dental insurance data from CMS and then calculated average premiums for each state, according to a June 3 email shared with Becker’s
