Texas A&M University in College Station has the cheapest dental school in the U.S. for residents, while East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., has the cheapest dental school for non-residents.

Eight dental schools received more than $10 million in federal funding from the National Institutes of Health in 2022, according to the Blue Ridge Institute for Biomedical Research.
