ADA committee partners with mental health nonprofit on suicide prevention

The American Dental Association’s New Dentist Committee is partnering with a nonprofit to make dentists aware of mental health services available to them.

Hope for the Day is a Chicago-based nonprofit that provides resources for proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. 

The nonprofit was present at the ADA’s SmileCon event last year and will attend this year’s event in October, the ADA said in a May 23 news release.
