Jessica Buehler, DDS. President and Chief Clinical Officer of Great Expressions Dental Centers (Southfield, Mich.): Dr. Buehler provides leadership to 250 practices in nine states. She is also a founding member of Videa’s AI Leadership Council, which was established earlier this year to ensure the responsible adoption of AI technology to support quality, long-term use in dentistry.
Arwinder Judge, DDS. Chief Clinical Officer of The Aspen Group (Chicago): Dr. Judge joined Aspen in 2008 and oversees clinical operations for the organization’s more than 1,100 offices. He previously owned and operated several dental practices as president of East West Management Services.
Ryan Lee, DDS. Chief Dental Officer at Community Health Connections (Fitchburg, Mass.): Dr. Lee was recently appointed chief dental officer at Community Health Connections, a multi-location FQHC serving more than 40,000 patients. Dr. Lee has previously held several leadership roles in academia, public health, private practice and the military. He currently serves as lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
David Little, DDS. Chief Dental Officer at Star Dental Partners (Plano, Texas): Dr. Little was appointed to his role in January to support the company with doctor recruiting, clinical education and help improve hygiene productivity. He also leads the DSO’s Clinical Advisory Board. Dr. Little has participated in several dental education workshops and clinical seminars worldwide, educating thousands of dentists on advanced procedures and techniques.
Michael Scialabba, DDS. President and chief clinical officer at 42 North Dental (Waltham, Mass.): Dr. Scialabba recently assumed the role of president while also remaining as the company’s CCO, a role he has held since 2021. Before joining 42 North Dental, he served as chair of the board of registration in dentistry for the state of Massachusetts. He is also a founding member of Videa’s AI Leadership Council.
