Jose Santos Vicenty, 56, was practicing dentistry in his home despite not having the proper certification, according to police. When he was arrested, police confiscated dozens of boxes from his home. Records show Mr. Vicenty has never been licensed to practice dentistry in the state, reports Action News Jax

This is not the first time Mr. Vicenty has been accused of illegally practicing dentistry. In 2009, he was arrested for practicing dentistry without a license. At the time, he claimed he had received his certification from the University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Vicenty served two years in prison for wrongfully practicing dentistry.
