In a survey conducted the week of April 12, nearly 2,000 dentists across the U.S were asked if they were personally administering COVID-19 vaccines anywhere.
Below is the percentage of respondents, per specialty, that said “yes”:
Pediatric dentist: 8.5 percent
Periodontist: 7.7 percent
Orthodontist: 4.7 percent
Dental surgical specialist: 4.3 percent
General practice: 3.6 percent
Endodontist: Zero percent
Prosthodontist: Zero percent
