The list, released May 21, ranks 400 companies based on results from employee surveys. Forbes partnered with Statista to survey more than 100,000 employees who had less than 10 years of work experience and worked for companies in the U.S. with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were questioned about a range of topics, including whether they would recommend their employer to others.
Align Technology ranked No. 391 on the list. The company has 2,161 employees, according to the list.
