PracticeTek acquires dental software company

PraticeTek, a provider of healthcare technology solutions, acquired Ora Dental, a dental practice management platform.

Ora’s practice management platform is made for individual dental practices, multispecialty clinics and DSOs, according to a June 3 news release. 

The platform’s features include appointment scheduling, patient records management, streamlined billing and practice analytics.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
