The attachments can be used with 3M Clarity Aligners and are durable, accurately shaped and stain resistant, according to a Nov. 14 news release.

By utilizing alternative bonding agents, the attachments prevent composite flash creation, which can lead to stains, plaque build up and prevent engagement between the aligner and attachment.

The attachments are available in the U.S. and Canada and additional global regulatory approvals are pending, the release said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
