Align Technology awards universities $300K in research grants

Dental technology company Align Technology recently awarded $300,000 in research grants to 11 universities around the world.

The grants were part of the company’s 14th annual research awards program, according to a June 3 news release. 

Here are the universities that received a grant: 

  • University of Washington (Seattle)
  • University of Florida (Gainesville, Fla.) 
  • University of California San Francisco
  • University of Kentucky (Lexington) 
  • UniCamillus International Medical University (Rome) 
  • University of Insubria (Varese and Como, Italy) 
  • University of L’Aquila (L’Aquila, Italy) 
  • Sichuan University (Chengdu, China)
  • Institute of Dental Studies and Technologies (Ghaziabad, India)
  • Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok) 
  • Ragas Dental College and Hospital (Tamil Nadu, India)
