At-home oral health company earns $6M investment

Los Angeles-based Feno, an at-home oral health technology company, secured $6 million in a seed funding round.

Feno plans to use the influx of funds to advance product development and scale manufacturing, according to a Sept. 25 news release shared with Becker’s. 

The company invented the Feno Smartbrush and is in the process of developing an AI program that detects oral health risks that could lead to overall health issues in the future by analyzing oral health markers.

Firms that invested in the seed round include Bold Capital Partners, True Ventures and Share Ventures, the release said.
