Formlabs Dental joins partnership to advance 3D printing in dentistry

Dental-focused 3D printing technology companies Formlabs Dental and Digital Smile Design have partnered to advance 3D printing in dentistry, 3D Printing Media Network reported Nov. 25

“With this new collaboration, we look forward to continuing to make printing technology commonplace in dental clinics and advancing the printing of more advanced appliances, based on new resins,” George Cabanas, research and development manager at Digital Smile Design told the news outlet.

Digital Smile Design currently has five Form 3B printers from Formlabs and plans to obtain more, according to the outlet.
