In addition, UptimeHealth added Dental Whale subsidiaries Dental Fix, Florida Dental Repair and Front Office Rocks, according to a May 1 news release.
With the acquisition, UptimeHealth is also launching UptimeServices, which focuses on service solutions within the healthcare and dental industries.
These moves are designed to help UptimeHealth expand its reach to thousands of dental practices across North America and enhance its asset management, staff training, education opportunities and onsite equipment repair services in the dental market.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
