A Lago Vista, Texas-based dental practice run by Bonny Grigor, DMD, has been vandalized six times in the past four months.

Six veterans have filed a class-action lawsuit against Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Tomah, Wis., and Thomas Schiller, DDS, for allegedly using unsterile equipment.

East Syracuse, N.Y.-based Aspen Dental has opened nine dental practices this year: 
• Clarksburg, W. Va., led by Daniel Senderak, DDS
• Virginia Beach, Va., led by Joe Drake, DDS
• Jacksonville, Fla., led by Blair Simeon, DMD
• Morganton, N.C., led by Katie Heald, DDS
• Houma, La., led by Dianne Walker-Houston, DDS
• Gloucester, Mass., led by Manpreet Kaur, DMD
• Florissant, Mo., led by Steven Keglar, DDS
• Clinton, Mass., led by Shenekia Wiggins, DMD
• Ellsworth, Maine, led by Alain Auguste, DDS
