1. NYC Health + Hospitals’ Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital in New York City named a new chair and vice chair of the department of dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery.
2. Dallas-based Beacon Oral Specialists partnered with North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery, a five-location practice.
3. El Paso-based Texas Tech Hunt School of Dental Medicine is launching an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
4. A California oral and maxillofacial surgery practice suffered a cybersecurity incident potentially involving patient information.
5. Oral Surgery Associates of North Texas opened two offices in McKinney and Prosper.
6. Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners added Hampton (Va.) Oral & Facial Surgery.
7. Hackensack, N.J.-based MAX Surgical Specialty Management partnered with William Ranucci, DMD. It also added two oral surgery practices in New York.

11. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management partnered with Hidemi Oka, DMD, in Union City, Calif.
