2 dentists purchase dental office building for $2.8M

Two dentists have purchased the building housing their dental practice in Natick, Mass., for $2.8 million, the Worcester Business Journal reported Feb. 10.

James Kane III, DMD, and Peiman Mahdavi, DMD, bought the 26,460-square-foot building from Stonegate Group, a property management and real estate company that is headquartered in the building.  

Dr. Kane and Dr. Mahdavi practice at Natick Dental Partners, which is also housed in the building along with home healthcare service provider Long-Term Solutions.

The deal was finalized Jan. 29.
