The dentists, Jeffrey Allen, DDS, and Denise Neumann, DDS, are now working with another dentist in town. They said it could take nine months to a year to rebuild their office.
“It was really surreal, and of course, it was in the middle of a snowstorm. So that made it much more difficult,” Dr. Neumann told We Are Iowa.
Dr. Neumann told the publication that two people living in the back part of the building were taken to the hospital after having to jump out of a window during the fire.
There was major damage to equipment, but no dentist office employees were hurt.
