3 billionaires in the dental industry: Forbes

Three dental leaders made Forbes’ 35th annual list of the world’s richest people in 2021.

Industry leaders are listed below with their net worth, as determined by Forbes.

No. 502: Christoph Zeller, member of supervisory board for Liechtenstein-based Ivoclar Vivadent AG, which produces dental products and systems: $5.5 billion.

No. 680: Thomas Straumann, who owns a 17 percent stake in Switzerland-based Straumann Holding, the world’s largest manufacturer of dental implants: $4.2 billion.

No. 2,035: Heikki Kyostila, president of Finland-based Planmeca, one of the world’s largest dental equipment manufacturers: $1.5 billion.
