3 charged for unlicensed dentistry in Kansas

Three people in Emporia, Kan., have been charged with practicing unlicensed dentistry, KSNT reported May 14. 

In addition to the unlicensed dentistry charges, one of the suspects was also charged with human smuggling, identity theft and dealing in false identification documents. The other two suspects were also charged with unlawfully obtaining prescription drugs.

The crimes had reportedly been happening for more than a year, but police could not provide more information about the arrests because the case is still under investigation.
