1. Bruce Cochrane, DDS, agreed to surrender his license as part of a settlement agreement with the Iowa Dental Board.
2. An Arizona family settled its wrongful death lawsuit against an oral surgeon after a man died following a dental procedure.
3. Las Vegas-based Absolute Dental agreed to pay $3.3 million to settle a class-action lawsuit related to its data breach from earlier this year.
