3 dentists earn reelection to Congress

Three dentists who are supported by the American Dental Political Action Committee were reelected to Congress.

Here are the three general dentists who were reelected, according to a Nov. 15 news release from the American Dental Association:

  • Rep. Brian Babin, DDS, a Republican from Texas, won with 69.4% of his district’s votes. 
  • Rep. Mike Simpson, DMD, a Republican from Idaho, won with 66.3% of his district’s votes.
  • Rep. Jeff Van Drew, DMD, a Republican from New Jersey, won with 58.4% of his district’s votes.

The ADPAC supported 329 candidates during the 2024 election cycle: 141 Democrats, 187 Republicans and one Independent.
