4 federal government, policy updates for dentists to know

1. The American Dental Association submitted comments on the proposed Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2026.

2. A federal judge in Texas blocked a rule from the U.S. Department of Labor that would have expanded overtime eligibility.

3. A federal cybersecurity bill under consideration could burden small businesses, including dental practices.

4. The Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department’s antitrust division on Dec. 11 withdrew the Antitrust Guidelines for Collaborations Among Competitors.
