Dr. David Crouse dead at 81

David Crouse Sr., DDS, 81, passed away Sept. 2, SouthsideDaily.com reports.


Dr. Crouse received his doctor of dental science degree from Washington, D.C.-based Georgetown University School of Dentistry and practiced dentistry in Arlington, Va., for 33 years. Dr. Crouse practiced dentistry and served on the board of the Red Cross dental clinic in Norfolk, Va., now known as the Park Place Health & Dental Clinic.

He volunteered with the Mission of Mercy Project, the dental service charity Access Partnership, and served also on the Oral Health Improvement Coalition of Virginia advisory board. In August, Dr. Crouse received the 2018 Dental Champion Award from the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics.
